Booking / Cancellations / Payment

1.    You must give as much notice as possible to Planet Child’s Play (PCP) to guarantee a booking.

2.    At the point of booking an agreed notice period for cancellations will be agreed. Cancellations made after the agreed period will be charged for accordingly.

3.    In the event of other changes including: change of venue, change to number of staff required change of dates/times you must give adequate notice in order for the changes to be implemented.

4.    In the event that your event has lower than expected or no attendance you will still be required to pay in full for the booking.

5.    In the event that PCP has to cancel a booking for any reason you will not be charged.

6.    A deposit will usually be required to secure your booking. The remaining sum will be invoiced in advance of your event.

7.    You must give PCP a named person who will be a point of contact should any issues arise during the event, if this changes you must notify the Crèche Leader on their arrival at the venue.
